ProPallet is proud to be part of the Foodbank National Donor program.
There are two significant things that Foodbank’s supply chain team takes great pride in; overcoming challenges; and striving to keep things simple for our incredibly generous donors and supply chain partners.
With the vital ongoing in-kind support from CHEP, Loscam, Viscount Pooling Systems, and the recent addition of ProPallet’s expertise, we have continued to make significant internal improvements to our operations and our overall equipment management processes. We’re fortunate to have an account with all pooling equipment providers enabling product to be received at scale or short notice.
As ProPallet Director, Frances Wren explains, ‘Pallets are simple, it’s people that complicate pallets.’ ProPallet’s generous support is helping a number of Foodbank state operations improve the identification of incorrect equipment transfers, weekly and monthly stocktakes and resolve historical transaction issues. Keeping our equipment management processes accurate and simple in real time allows our operations team to focus on continuing to source and distribute food and groceries to where it’s needed all over this expansive country.
